In our continuous effort to enhance service excellence, Jabatan Pertanian Sarawak, in collaboration with DagangNet, is pleased to announce an exciting upgrade to improve your experience with ePermit. We are transitioning to the new and improved version of ePermit, namely New ePermit.
To facilitate this transition, please note the following schedule adjustments:
- Import Permit Application Deadline: Kindly be advised that import permit applications will cease at 10:00 AM on 8th March 2024 (Friday). This pause is essential to ensure that pending applications can be efficiently processed on the same day.
- Temporary Downtime: ePermit services will be temporarily unavailable from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on 9th March 2024. This period will be utilised to integrate ePermit with the New ePermit platform, ensuring a smooth transition for all users.
- Commencement of New ePermit: The issuance of import permits using the New ePermit system will commence promptly at 7:00 PM on 9th March 2024. You can continue your permit applications using your existing user ID and password, which remain valid for the New ePermit platform.
- Awareness Sessions: To ensure all importers are familiar with the New ePermit system, a series of awareness sessions will be conducted on 4th March 2024 (Monday). We encourage all users to participate in these sessions to maximise the benefits of the upgraded platform and address any queries or concerns you may have.
