Misuse of the myGAP logo on unregistered products/products is an actionable offense under the Trademark Act 2019 [Act 815]
1) The use of the myGAP logo on products whose certificate period has expired.
2) Misuse of the myGAP logo on products other than registered crops.
3) The company misuses the logo on the product but is not registered under the myGAP scheme.
