Saraspice had the pleasure of hosting a two-day visit for a group of Japanese clients who were eager to learn more about Saraspice Sdn. Bhd. operation in Kuching, Sarawak.

We had a dialogue session together with representatives from Jabatan Pertanian Sarawak (DOA) and Malaysian Pepper Board (MPB) at Pullman Hotel prior to the visit. Right after the dialogue session, the Japanese began their first tour to Saraspice Sales Gallery, then to our Saraspice HQ, then ended their first day of visit at MPB processing plant and Saraspice Kuching warehouse, where our esteemed customers were given the firsthand experience of pepper receiving and processing operations.

On the second day of the visit, where the educational tour to pepper farms was an eye-opening experience to our Japanese clients. They managed to obtain the knowledge on how our pepper veins are grown, variety of peppers found in Sarawak and how the pepper farmers manage their pepper farms sustainably.

The overall visit was a huge success and we look forward to more collaborations with our Japanese clients.
